Refund Policy – Program Guarantee

Our main goal is for you to be successful in the program and we also want you to give your best effort to apply all of the learnings in the program.

We offer a Program Guarantee.

If you’re on the fence, or if other trainings have left you stranded, then we want to give you every opportunity for transformation during the program and create the kind of revolutionary impact you were born to make.

That’s why instead of the industry standard 30 day guarantee, we give you the opportunity to complete the program, attend the mentoring sessions, complete the worksheets, assessments and put the practices into effect, do your one-on-one with Morna and if for some reason, you don’t see personal transformation, I’ll gladly refund your purchase. BUT, you must have done the work, attended or watched the mentoring sessions and completed the program assignments and put the learnings into practice.

We don’t have a magic wand, (wouldn’t that be great!). The truth is, if you want something to be different, you have to DO something differently, that’s just how it works. This program is for changemakers who know that true transformation in the world starts with you, and that means working to change our habitual patterns of thought and action. So, we will be strict on that last point. You absolutely MUST do the work and put the strategies and practices into action to be eligible for a refund.

In order to qualify for a refund you must submit proof that you did the work in the program and it did not work for you. Please note, if you select the payment option we are not able to stop payments without a refund request being submitted.

In the event that you decide your purchase was not the right decision, within 14 days of program completion contact our support team at support@mornahaist.com and let us know you’d like a refund.

You must include your completed worksheets with your request for a refund and have booked and attended your personal coaching session with Morna. If you request a refund and do not include your completed workbook or have not attended your personal coaching session, you will not be granted a refund.

We will NOT provide refunds more than 14 days following the completion of the program.  At this point, all payments are non-refundable and you are responsible for full payment of any remaining fees for the program.

Please note: If you opted for a payment plan and you do not request a refund within 14 days of program completion, with the required coursework at the time of your refund request, you are required by law to complete the remaining payments of your payment plan.

All refunds are discretionary as determined by Morna Haist Global, LLC. To further clarify, all refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of program completion and all payments due must be made on a timely basis. If payments are not made on time, you agree to pay interest on all past-due sums at a rate of 1.5% per month or the highest rate allowed by law, whichever is greater.
